        At Vimeo, I built the production function behind the company’s video-first storytelling. What began as a single-producer operation grew into a full-stack in-house studio supporting product, brand, and customer storytelling across the business. By operating like a production company inside the organization, we established clear creative standards and the systems that allow award-winning work to scale.

        As Director of Production at VSCO, I led a 14-person team of editors, art directors, and producers to launch VSCO Originals, the company’s first large-scale editorial program. We brought diverse stories to life through in-depth photo essays, video, illustration, written pieces, and live events—publishing daily on the platform to a global audience of over 45 million users.

        As a Photo Editor at Bloomberg Businessweek, I collaborated with an award-winning design team and built a foundational network of emerging photographers and creative partners. I assigned and produced photo shoots for more than 20 covers, working closely with writers and creative directors to bring complex business stories to life visually.

        I co-founded two photography-focused curatorial projects exploring how contemporary work lives in real spaces. I worked hands-on as a curator and founder—recruiting artists, shaping programming, and creating platforms and spaces that connected photographers with audiences, collectors, and commercial partners.
